Shipping and Handling
Shipping is free on orders over $75 shipping within the United States, and $150 on orders shipping to Canada. Framed orders shipping within the Continental United States may be ordered through my website. Please contact me directly for framed work shipping outside of the United States.
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of unframed prints, and up to four weeks for framed artwork. All prints are made to order, packaged carefully for safe transport and shipped fully insured via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent once the order ships.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Refunds
Please contact me if you have any issues with your order, including refunds or exchanges as every situation is unique.
Cosmetically flawed prints and/or frames will be exchanged without question. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt via email. Include photographs detailing the flawed areas - I will respond within 48 hours. You are responsible for returning prints in their original condition and packaging, and for paying the return-shipping fee. Refunds will cover the cost of your purchase and are processed after the print or prints are received.
In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include detailed photographs showing damaged areas of the item, the shipping container and shipping label. Submit your claim to the insurance claims processing division of the carrier. If you qualify for a replacement, one will be sent to you at no additional cost.

You are responsible for returning prints in their original condition and packaging, and for paying the return-shipping fee. Insurance is recommended as you will forfeit the exchange or refund if the item is received in less than perfect condition.
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. The total purchase price will be refunded minus PayPal and Credit Card Processing fees.
Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Note that the colors in the picture you have purchased may match the image you see on your monitor. Monitors can vary from one computer to the next; there may be a difference in color and brightness between your monitor and the print you receive.
If you feel that the photograph you have purchased is vastly different in color and tone than you expected, contact me immediately. I will happily give you a refund minus a 25% restocking fee once I’ve received your return. You are responsible for returning prints in their original condition and packaging, and for paying the return-shipping fee. Insurance is recommended as you will forfeit the exchange or refund if the item is received in less than perfect condition.
Refunds will not be given for prints damaged due to improper care. Artwork must be displayed in a dry environment and protected from direct sunshine.
Note that shipping charges are not refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be in as-received condition with the receipt, and in the original or similarly durable and insured packaging.
